Biography

Ginny Campbell, the owner of Campbell Consulting has over 30 years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, managerial leadership, coaching, performance development, and entrepreneurship. Besides being a business owner, she has spent her career in multi-level management positions and has consulted in a variety of industries, to include big-box retail, manufacturing, banking, IT services, Healthcare, recreation and hospitality, government, educational and service industries. Ginny has a very strong background in growing businesses and growing people which includes leadership and performance development, coaching and implementation, executive coaching, strategic planning and goal setting, customer service, profitability and process management, and employee relations, team building, communications and conflict mediation. Ginny has also taught many courses in business at the college level. Ginny has worked in many jobs to get her where she is today and owes much of her success to her parents for teaching and mentoring her at a very young age, and not to forget all of the wonderful people that inspired her along the way.

Ginny Campbell grew up in Chicago, Illinois in a very large family with 1 sister and 6 brothers in a rural town slightly west of Chicago. Her Father started a manufacturing business in Chicago in 1941, joined by her Mother in 1945, married and raised the family. E Each family member played a role in the family business, learning to wear all of the hats. Ginny, as all of her siblings are business owners and entrepreneurs with a spirit for ideas, growth, and the integrity necessary to lead people and operate an effective business. Ginny has a passion for helping people and helping them better their lives to advocate for life and work balance. Besides loving her work and family, she is avid in outdoor sports and recreation to include golf, softball, running, water sports, biking, and loves to garden and enjoys traveling. Oh, and she has 6 dogs of which run her life!
